They were always available to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to convenience stores and fast food restaurants. This made it convenient for us to grab a quick bite to eat or any essentials we needed. the little extra touches in the room such as plasters, toothpicks, and antacids were a nice surprise and came in handy.

The pool area was a bit disappointing. the large trees surrounding the pool made it quite shady and chilly, so we couldn't really enjoy a swim.

quiet location, only 10 mins walk to stellenbosch train station. some of our favorite spots such as rupert museum were right by the hotel. free wifi worked well.
